MEP Estimating & Consulting
Joe has over twenty years experience in the HVAC and construction industry. He prides himself on his attention to detail & being a people person! Joe specializes in: HVAC /Plumbing/Insulation. He has a solid background in the MEP industry as a project manager & estimator for some of the leading construction companies in the country. Joe has three daughters. When he isn't working you can find him taking his daughters to their school, sports, & dance activities!

Aisling, Founder
Aisling saw a need in the market for third party estimating for MEP services. By creating a small family owned business, Calliston Holdings can save the customer in high overhead costs. She believes strongly in the difference small businesses can make in the community. She particularly loves PR & Marketing! When not in the office, Aisling can be found spending her time with her three daughters, husband, & her amazing family and friends.
Our Team
Rick, Accounting
After spending over 40 years in the corporate world as a engineer, Rick retired last year to spend more time with his five grand-children & wife of 40 years. He holds two masters degrees from Loyola and Johns Hopkins University, one being in finance. Rick loves helping his community and is very active in volunteering at his grand-daughters school. Rick brings his wit, wisdom, & amazing personality to Calliston Holdings to assist his daughter voluntarily
here at CH with his amazing attention to detail and work ethic!
Kevin, Electrical Estimating
Kevin has over fifteen years experience in the electrical and construction industry. He prides himself on his attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Kevin specializes in: Electrical/Low voltage systems. He has been the lead MEP estimator for some of the top construction companies in the country. Kevin has two beautiful children; a girl & a boy. When he's not at work he's out running, riding his bicycle, and working out.
